We have arrived back in Burundi!

We have finally arrived back in Burundi and traveled back home to the mountains in Muramsvya! (Pictured above is driving up to our house) Upon arrival we met with Foreign Affairs to continue through the process of receiving the acceptance to work. It is warming to our hearts to be back in Burundi, a place where we know everyday something little is impacting so many. We have had the opportunity to begin giving out toothbrushes, toothpaste, shoes and soon shirts & vitamins. Its simple things like that, that move the hearts of the people to know that someone cares and that someone wants to help. Thank you to all of you that gave donations of supplies to bring back and distribute to those that need it the most. We are currently in a time of preparation for what is to come by learning Kirundi (the native tonal language) & learning agriculture. Agriculture will be a great asset in the future to making some of our projects self sufficient and self running. We believe that learning the language is vital in communicating to the people and enabling them in a more impacting way. Thank you to all who have continued to stand with us and see this dream come to pass by responding to the cries of the forgotten children in Burundi, Africa. Until next time...
