The heart of God responding to the cries of orphaned children!

Days ago, we just returned from our trip to America and are happy to be back! We returned to many beautiful surprises like our garden and rabbits (pictured above!). Our rabbits for one, were just babies when we left and somehow 3 of them got pregnant (somehow...!) and had 5 or 6 babies each. We also lost 11 other babies, most likely to sickness or the climate. As you can see over the months our harvest is plentifully and great! One of our staff "Zefirino" went to a few days of training months ago to learn a concept called "God's way of farming". It teaches principles that help people to cultivate a bigger harvest and use wisdom in giving the land a rest... We are amazed at the harvest that has come forth and know it will fill many hungry belly's of those precious ones we will soon take in!
.
Today, we did final interviews for our staff to help in the projects. We have a Director (overseeing the orphan homes with me!), Assistant Director (overseeing the construction with Isai!), Cook, Day Security, Night Security, Water Worker and 1 Momma to begin with! They all begin training in a little over a week to prepare to welcome our precious children in about 2 weeks! The stories are heart breaking as we cry out for mercy on their behalf. Our children will be here soon, we are now starting to purchase blankets, sheets, towels, clothing, shoes, uniforms, soap... everything needed to care for those dear to our Father!
.
The first house is almost completely furnished, now we are on to the second! We would like to give the opportunity to anyone reading this to sponsor or donate towards the furnishings for the second house. Bunk beds ($122 each), sofa's ($400 set), mattresses ($40 each), sheets ($10) and so on! These prices are always give or take as usually everything here is bargained and prices change often! If you would like to donate towards these things, please do so through our website or blog on our Pay pal account OR you can mail it in to our P.O Box at The Cries of a Child / P.O. Box 1297 / Ocoee, FL 34761. We need all the help we can get... together we can change lives and make the difference! Until next time...
