Isai & our Assistant Director Pontien have just returned from Uganda with our 4 X 4 Mini Bus for TCOAC! We will update with pictures as soon as we are able to take the car from the Port after the tax documents are complete. We would like to thank all of you that have sown into helping us purchase the car... truly we wouldn't of been able to do it with out you! Pictured above is a man on a moto transporting chickens (an everyday sight); and the church Isai visited that is overseen by our friend Drake in Kampala. Isai had a successful trip, but was glad to get back to Burundi safely. We are currently working out a partnership with a local association that has an orphanage for girls; to assist them for a short time in teaching the girls on tooth brushing, hygiene, self worth, inner beauty and dreams to give them a hope for the future. These things all rooting from the love and hope that the Lord has to offer his children. We are excited for the opportunity to take time with these young girls and to just simply show them love. We are quickly approaching the starting of our projects (after many patient months), although we don't want to despise or neglect the small beginnings and even partnerships along the way. To those who have followed us on this journey and are even walking beside us in a sense... Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Make a difference today. Support the projects that support the children! Until next time...
